How much do the products cost?
We sell only packages consisting of a suit with shirt, a pair of shoes and a tie with matching cufflinks for a total price of £ 225,- including VAT. and excl. delivery. You will receive an email after you have submitted your order, where you have the opportunity to complete your set with an extra shirt, black tie, cufflinks, shoes or suits.
How do you find the right size?
We use the standard European sizes, so if you are used to buying suits then you can, in 9 out of 10 cases, choose the same size as usual. If you do not know your size then you can click here and use our "Guide 2 Size" framework.
What if the size does not fit?
Our framework is correct in 24 out of 25 cases, but if you should be the one who receives the wrong size then we endeavor to send the correct size within 24 hours of the next business day after you have contacted us. There is a 14 days full return period, if you fail to find a size which suits you.
Delivery – when will you receive your goods?
The goods are collected every weekday at 14:00. Therefore, if your order is placed by 11:00 it will be shipped the same day. There may, of course, be a delay when there are particularly busy days or due to our shipping company that cannot be forseen, so you must rely on 2-3 days delivery.
Delivery – who delivers the goods?
We will typically use GLS to the business and private addresses. If you are not home when GLS attempts to deliver the goods, then you will be contacted about where and when you can pick up the package. We recommend to always specify delivery to your work or other business.
The supply - how are your goods packed?
The package comes in a convenient flat box, and is packaged so that the clothes do not become too creased or crumpled during transport. There can, of course, occur shipments where the clothes will be slightly creased, but this should right itself after hanging for a few hours. If the cloth is creased badly then it can hung in the bathroom during a shower, where the steam will help the clothes to correct itself.
Can you try the clothes anywhere?
No. We only sell on the Internet.

How often do you switch designs?
That is a secret! So it is important that you keep a close eye on what happens on the webpage.
If you have been given a gift certificate.
On the gift certificate it will say at the end of the text a code which you must enter when you have to pay on the website. On the payment page click on "Click here if you purchased or received a gift card," and then there appears a field in which you must enter your code from the gift certificate and click "Check code." Once you have entered this the final price tag will be updated.
If you have a complaint.
I you have a complaint then please send an email to customer@poiseofdenmark.com as soon as you discover the error. In the email you must provide invoice No. and product number for the product which is at fault, and, of course, a description of reason for return. Please include a picture if possible, but this is not a requirement.
What is the quality of clothing produced in?
Our suits and shirts are produced in a combination of natural and man-made materials. We have chosen not to produce our clothes in, for example, pure wool or cotton, as it is more difficult to keep looking good in daily life, such as hanging, folding, ironing, washing, etc. Our suits are produced in order that it is not necessary for them to be cleaned after each time it has been out of wardrobe and that it is comfortable to wear all day, every day – all year round. The same applies to the crinkle-free shirts which are made from a very light material - so you can have the jacket on all day, without getting a heatstroke.
Merchants outside the EU.
Are you living outside the EU? Then we remove VAT before we calculate the product from your credit card. This is done manually, which means that you will not see this on payment total, but will be contained in the forward invoice and your statement. VAT accounts for 20% of total sales amount. However, please be aware that you have to pay duties in the country where you reside. This varies from country to country.
