Registration

ALL information given in connection with the registration and the purchase will be treated as confidential and will only be disclosed to third parties in connection with the administration and shipping.

Charge

Payment is via Dankort and foreign credit cards. The payment by card will be conferred by PBS for a small fee charged of Kr. 1.45 + 0.1% of the total amount. When paying with a foreign credit card there will be charged a fee of 1.25% of the total amount.

Merchants outside the EU

If you are a trader from Norway, we deduct the tax from the total amount. This will be done manually through order processing, and will not be seen on the payment amount. This means that you can deduct 20% of the amount in Danish kroner. You must, in turn, expect to pay duty on the goods. The total amount corresponds to Danish VAT.

Shipping

Goods bought from POISE of denmark are distributed daily with GLS. Damaged goods recieved must be reported immediatley upon delivery. Damages discovered after delivery must be reported without delay, and with documentation, via email to: customer@poiseofdenmark.com, in order to claim refunds.

Customer Rights

According to the Danish købelov (shopping law) all consumers have a 14 day return period for purchases made over the Internet. In order for you to make use of that right the following conditions must be met:
-- You must be consumer;
-- The product must be returned in original packaging;
-- Other goods in the sales package must not be damaged. The customer is liable for the cost of returning goods, if a refund is sought.

We provide 2 years warranty on consumer sales in accordance with the Danish købelov (shopping law).
